Someone who listens, in your language
Talking about what hurts is hard enough. Doing it in a language that is not yours is harder. Here you can do it in Spanish, with someone who has been listening to this community for more than 25 years.

Who you will talk to
Zaida J. Ortiz studied Educational Psychology in Guayaquil, holds a Master’s in Pastoral Clinical Psychology and a diploma in Spiritual Psychology, and is an ordained chaplain. She has worked as a school psychologist and in psychiatric, correctional and addiction settings.

What is said here, stays here
We do not publish photos of anyone who comes to counseling. There are no names, no stories, no faces. That is why the picture you see is an empty room.
You don’t need an appointment to ask
Call, write or just walk in. Somebody who speaks Spanish will answer, and if we are not the ones who can help, we will tell you who can.
