Thirty-five years on the same street
We started in 1991 as the social action arm of the Alpha & Omega Church of the Brethren. Today a small staff and a volunteer board keep six programmes running out of one building on Wabank Street.

What we are for
To share God’s love by providing education and social services that help the Latino community of Lancaster County become prosperous, contributing members of society. That is the sentence in our charter, and it is still the job.

The people
A handful of people run all of this. If you call, one of them picks up.

The board
Volunteers who answer for every dollar that comes in.
You don’t need an appointment to ask
Call, write or just walk in. Somebody who speaks Spanish will answer, and if we are not the ones who can help, we will tell you who can.
